Sunday School Ministry Visit to Gaga Village: Teaching Faith and Values to Children in Pakistan
At Independent Evangelical Ministries, our Sunday School Ministry recently had the joy of visiting Gaga Village in Lahore to share God’s message with local children. This outreach is a cornerstone of our mission to introduce young people to the teachings of the Bible and to plant seeds of faith that will support them as they grow.
Led by Pastor Shakeel Din and supported by One Vision Society, this Sunday School session focused on the inspiring story of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. Pastor Shakeel shared how these three courageous figures remained faithful even when facing intense challenges, a message that resonated with the children in Gaga Village. Through this story, our team was able to convey the importance of faith, strength, and courage—core values that Sunday School Ministry in Pakistan seeks to instill in every child we reach.
Each visit in our Children’s Ministry brings moments of joy and learning, and this one was no exception. The kids responded eagerly, engaging with the story and asking questions that showed their curiosity and excitement to learn more about faith. For many, this was a special opportunity to connect with God’s message in a way that is meaningful to them. It’s inspiring to see young hearts open to learning about God, understanding His love, and realizing they are part of a larger faith community.
We are deeply thankful to Pastor Perviaz Ashiq, who welcomed our Sunday School Ministry team warmly and provided generous hospitality. His dedication to supporting the spiritual growth of children in Gaga Village is a testament to the strength of the local faith community. His support ensured our visit was filled with warmth, kindness, and joy, helping us build a strong bond with the children and their families.
As we continue our mission with our Sunday School and Children’s Ministry, our prayer is that more villages and communities will open their doors to us, allowing us to bring the teachings of the Bible to more young hearts across Pakistan. Each Sunday School session is a step toward growing faith, resilience, and love for God among children in Pakistan.
